Foam party

Kep’s doing fine and really appreciates all the kind words, even those not so kind ones from Sam (but he really did deserve them after what he said about him). Each night around 7.00pm we call Kep in to the kitchen and close all the doors, I don a pair of rubber gloves (add maniacal laugh for effect), fill a washing up bowl (one brought for the purpose) there then ensues a mad chase around the kitchen while we try to get more medicated shampoo on the dog than on us and the kitchen, it is always a close run thing. Afterwards Kep sits behind Carolyn’s chair looking at us as if to ask what all the fuss was about.

Today’s photo is of Catbells, one of the prettiest places in the Lake District and very easy to climb. If you are of average fitness and pick a good day it gives you some of the best views (see Friday’s photo as it was taken from the top) for very little effort and risk, to make a day of it catch the boat from Keswick and walk from the dock, picnic on the top and catch the boat back for a cream tea in the town.

I have such an image in my head :-) The only thing missing is the Benny Hill music!
Hope Kep's getting on OK.
That's a gorgeous picture and a perfect description of how to spend a lovely day in a beautiful place.

This shot is one of my faves that you've done. I L.O.V.E. the reflection of the clouds on the water. Beautiful!
Perfect. I am getting a reputation for these shots and I'm trying to pull back from them. Just got me sucked in again.

I love this picture, the reflection really just perfects it. I think the sky is something I could see in pictures over and over and not get sick of.
